One of the more difficult tasks in Kim Jong-Il's life is determining new and exciting ways to oppress his people. The most difficult thing about this is that the decision-making takes away from his valuable time getting plastered on high-dollar imported spirits. Fortunately, the North Koreans have a great ally: Frank the giant kosher hot dog. This young man has done wonders for developing the stability and long-term goals of the North Korean leadership. He's always there to lend Jong-Il an ear, and give good - honest - advice.

The lovely tranquil scene seen below is a weekly ritual for Kim Jong Il. Walking in his garden with his friends helps to clear his mind - and just be "himself." The North Korean leader keeps the hot dog man locked in the pagoda near the center of the garden, letting him out only for weekly spiritual consultations. As you can see, Frank is quite jolly. He revels in these weekly meetings, as this is when he is given fresh mustard. (In this picture, he's been slathered with a nice jalapeño honey mustard)

Wednesdays are special days. This is the day when man, beast, and weinerwurst unite. Yes, the meerkat in the picture is a little larger than your usual meerkat. Here's the deal: meerkats can grow to enormous size when in the presence of whimsical costumed characters. The moment Glenn (the meerkat in this picture) is led out of the garden, he should shrink down to his normal 12 inches of height). Kim Jong-Il is always astounded by the fact that his meerkats are also shape-shifters. This picture was taken in Pyongyang, the capital of North Korea. This particular garden is pruned and watered by the president of the Supreme People's Assembly (SPA), Kim Yong Nam, yet Kim Yong Nam does not actually exist. Go figure.
